This is the second of many columns I intend to write. The focus is not important. Sometimes it may be a rant, and others an excessive bit of rambling. Although today I would like to give my opinion on Elian.

Hello everyone. Let's see what's in the news this month..... How about Elian Gonzales? What the hell are we anyway, DHS to the world? The kid is not the US's responsibility. Hell he's not even a citizen. So what if he likes it better in Miami. I like it better inside my ol' lady, but I can't live there! The government has more pressing issues to deal with than some little Cuban. For one what about the human rights of some little kids in the US? Maybe their parents are no good lazy......whatevers, and unwilling to put food on the table except maybe through Welfare. The American children are just a little more important than Elian Gonzales.

How about that Presidential race? What a choice. We've got "Save the spotted _________! " (fill in the blank with whatever the cause is this week). Or our other choice who may pass a drug test, if it's not too soon after the weekend. Does no one in this country have any integrity or morals? Is there not one of us willing to sacrifice our lives to help this great country of ours achieve successes we've only dreamed of? Uhhhhh.................NOT ME!!!!!! Bye For Now............
