Bright Lights -- Big City
Niagara Falls is a town full of people trying to forget.  Some drink oversized daiquiris in absurd glasses to forget.  Others spin on the Tilt-A-Whirl until their brains turn to mush.  In the end they're all left with a bad taste in their mouths and an exchange rate that hardly makes the trip worthwhile.

City of culture - city of light, I was tempted at every turn to abandon my journey and settle in to the fast go-go pace of the Niagara Falls nightlife.  Some cities have a Ripley's Believe It or Not - other city's have a Guinness Book of World Records museum.  Niagara had them both and a state-of-the-art wax Elvis museum to boot.  They had the largest miscellaneous collection of stuffed and petrified critters at the Niagara Falls Museum.  I turned a deaf ear to Niagara's siren song and setteled for a good nights rest at the Shaingra La Motor Inn.  I would need all my stength, for the "Maid of the Mist" set sail for the heart of the Falls at 9:00 am (and there after , every 15 min. until 6:00 pm,  7 days a week).
